Joanna Hoggan serves as the Head of Human Resources for Premiere Digital Services. She is responsible for leading Premiere’s HR operations and technologies and employee relations, including talent acquisitions, leadership and employee education and development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development. Since joining Premiere in late 2020, Joanna has brought a wide breadth of experience in spearheading HR strategy, strengthening the effectiveness of HR policy and guidance across the company. Her current role supports its business goals and strategies, as well as the needs and aspirations of its employees. Prior to joining Premiere Digital, Joanna served as Human Resources leader for a number of diverse and progressive companies with customer-focused outcomes in a variety of industries, including Fuse Media.
